Through my crazy life I’ve come to the appreciation that if
God isn’t first and foremost my best friend, no other relationship I may encounter
will have any real meaning. I’ve come to
the understanding that if I don’t give God my whole being and surrender
completely to Him, then I can’t really submit to anyone else I come into
relationship with. I’ve come to know
that if I don’t acknowledge and worship Him for His omniscience, His
omnipresence, His omnipotence, His immutability, and ultimately His holiness, I
will never really understand how I am to love another, or love myself for that
matter.
It's all about a relationship... with my Father... through His love, grace, and mercy... for His glory.
